Cars

Cars..... This by far is my all time favourite car movie. It's a mix of passion for cars and the romantic in me. Disney has created the perfect potion of auto enthusiasm and emotions. If you love cars you will love cars. For someone who gets turned on by the sound of fire exploding inside metal cylinders pushing metal rods up and down and has a soft heart... This is the movie.

The movie has no humans characters but only automobiles. We've got the voices of Gods of Automobiles- Jeremy Clarkson, Jay Leno and more.

The scenes...

Our very own Larry the Cable Guy as Mater a Boom Truck showing Race Car Lightning McQueen the fields in the night and scaring sleeping tractors by blowing the horn. McQueen doesn't have a horn and so he grunts his engine which startles all the tractors in the field. The mother harvester running behind the truck and the car will remind you of some some silly pranks we must have played when we were kids.

Race Car Lightning McQueen driving up the winding roads with Sally Carrera (Porsche 911) to spend a few quite moments. Lightning asking Sally the question, 'what's a car like you doing in a place like this?'

Luigi as the classic Fiat 500 in America talking about the Italian Ferrari. The scene which will get you all fuzzy is when the God of Formula 1 Michael Schmacher comes to Luigi's tyre shop as the Ferrari car.

Team Bhpians if you haven't seen Cars... Then you have missed one of the best car movies of our generation. Go watch it.

^^ I completely agree. A wonderful movie in all respects. The emotions the cars go through is simply amazing. Its a wonderfully written story with nice "performances"

I couldnt agree more. It also has fabulous animation and attention to detail. A couple of race scenes also show gravel falling on the track.

A little bit
My 2 year old son wanted to go to visit a colleague as soon as he heard the name Sally. It took some time to convince him it wasnt the 'real' Sally

I was all emotional when she explains that.

Not to forget our very own 'Chip Foose' for custom paint on these cars.

Peet stop! I loved it. when Guido does pit stop with a record time for changing all four tires in four seconds, and as said by Lugi, "Doc, They wouldn't know what bit them". Loved this part.
