Oldies

My best car movie would be Duel, it was directed by steven speilberg in 1971. I think it was a movie for TV only, but considered a master piece. A regular guy is chased by a killer truck driver in a desert. If you love car movies you should not miss this one. Its brilliant shot, crazy characters, nerve racking chase's

Second to that would be Mad Max - 1, not the later ones.

The two wheeled kind would be

Silver dream rider, it was a early 80's movie british movie, racing at Silverstone circuit.

Then the Worlds Fastest Indian, truly spectacular movie. really inspirational

Best car movies I have seen:
Gone in 60 seconds
Fast & the Furious
Italian Job (love the way the cars jump on the track racing with the train!)
Transporter series
Death Race (Actually love the deadly truck)

Best animation - 'CARS'

Hi Rudra,

When attending a Mass comm seminar, thats what the guys mentioned it during the screening I cant recall excatly if it was MAA communications, infact even on IMDB it mentions it was for TV initially, but anyway I am sure you enjoyed the movie, my wife thought I was nuts (thats another story).
