How can I stop snoring?

^^ SVYASA at Bangalore has a sleep lab. They also offer some Yoga courses for good relaxation (details on their website).

Has anybody tried Inclined Bed Therapy (link below), supposed to help Sleep Apnea? I could not pursue it seriously (other folks at home would put the cot back down each morning saying it looks funny

. Sounds promising though, has anybody done this long term ?

My brother needs some kind of snoring device so the rest of us can get a good nights sleep, even though we are far apart in different bed rooms.

Any suggestions?
