4th of Every Month in Bangalore--> "Bus Day" from BMTC

Its awesome seeing so many TBhpians ride the bus. We might actually solve Bangalore's traffic pains if this continues

Guys have a flight to catch today at 8 from BIAL. Was planning to take the bus instead of the Meru which I usually take as i dont have much luggage. Anyone has information on the routes? Any bus from the OMR to BIAL at around 5pm?

I know BIAS8 passes through Marathahalli and KR Puram Railway station going towards Kalyan Nagar and onwards.

One gets to Marathahalli by around 16:50 and then its mostly a 45-60 mins difference before the next one.

If you can stand at the start of the flyover going towards Kalyan Nagar you will get picked up.

Today was the bus day for this month. As 4th was Saturday BMTC announce that they will postpone the Busday to 7th Wednessday. Did anybody travelled ?

For me daily is Bus Day. Except probably some Mondays and Fridays.

No change in the amount of people on my route, seemed like any non-Bus day

Maybe tomorrow we will see more crowds.
