Need good advice/lawyer related to Motor vehicle accident - DELHI

I am facing an extremely unpleasant and unfortunate case - my parents met with an accident on 7th July in the wee hours of the morning.

They were in their car, taking a turn, when they were rammed by a truck - sideways. The truck jumped his red light.

Mom was driving, so she didn't suffer much, but my father is still in neuro ICU, in a losing battle.

An FIR was lodged at the nearby police station (madhu vihar, east delhi).
Already the case is on with IPC 279,337.
I have read about IPC 338 - which would also be applicable,
As well as Motor Vehicle act - section 134 and 184

The offending vehicle was seized by the police.

Now we need a reputed lawyer/firm which can take up the case and try to bring about speedy justice and settlement.

Can someone please help?

MODS feel free to shift this to appropriate forum, but please do not delete this thread.

Extremely sad to hear this. Pray your father finds strength to come back from his failing condition soon. Pray your mother gets over the trauma too.

Father is brain dead, but docs are not declaring or giving a certificate for that, neither removing ventilator support.
Any lawyers dealing with such cases would be welcome.

Extremely sorry to hear that, but if doctors are not declaring a brain death, I would let them decide if a recovery can be made. It's a very tricky area till date AFAIK.

Wish your mother a speedy recovery from the trauma. Hope delhi BHPians jump in with contacts of a competent lawyer.

Sorry to hear about that,
may god bless your father to recover from brain injury and bring your and your family life to normal.

Its very painful to see parents suffering from such serious damage.

I know a good lawyer in DELHI, if you haven't found one yet, please drop me a PM, i'll give you his phone number.

Thanks for all the wishes, thankfully my father didn't have to suffer a long painful ordeal - he was declared dead on 14th.

Anyway now on to the court case. Came to know that such cases are pretty straightforward ...
