Diabloo, I guess you must be under General Anaesthesia by now (let me know in case that's too difficult to understand).

Can you explain why your favorite player didn't walk when he was caught behind?

And guys, is there a rule which says that the Vice Captain cannot be dropped in the middle of a series?

Or is the BCCI sponsoring his TESTESTORONE levels as well LOL?!

Cheers & its going to be another PATHETIC display if we cannot overhaul this paltry total.

Pathetic show by our youngsters. They are failing in all the matches barring a one or two players. Its 111/5 right now and we don't know how this match will progress. One more wicket and we will end up loosing the game.

Just heard that the reason Dhoni is looking so uncomfortable & clueless today is because he's forgotten to put on his diapers - and he's obviously wet his "ducks" .

LOL. Hope we make it.

Finally India has won the match by 5 wickets.

Now where are those who were saying that this team wont last 50overs,infact they have not allowed their opponents to last full quota of overs and i hope they do the same with their opponents here.

India managed to win this. Finally. Just one match will not decide the fate of team. They need to perform consistently.

BTW, is our captain wasting the talent of Uthappa. Making him play at 7th/8th position?

A couple of things to be sorted out before the next match

1) Decision over Yuvraj. I guess it's time to drop him and try the other guys in the team. It will do a lot of good for his injury and he will sort out his personal matters before he comes back.

2) Decide on Pathan. I do not think there was any need to promote him today. We had Gambhir (left hand batsman) who was in fine form and suddenly Pathan walks out one down. It was a aggressive move but not needed. We could have won if we took it slow and sensible (thats what happened in the end)

The bowling looks sharp but I have a worry now. Ishant will be over worked now that he is proving to be the bowling find of the series. Hope it doesn't lead to his break down.

India has won against Australia in Australia, just TWO (2) times since 1974. Today was JUST the third time.

Here is the copy paste from Statsguru (Damn, a link doesn't work)

1 Ind 208/7 50 50 - W Aus Tri 2 v Aus in Aus 1991/92 at Perth [693]
2 Aus 101 37.5 50 209 L
1 Ind 303/4 50 50 - W Aus Tri 5 v Aus in Aus 2003/04 at Brisbane (d/n) [2084]
2 Aus 284 49.4 50 304 L
1 Aus 159 43.1 50 - L Aus Tri 4 v Aus in Aus 2007/08 at Melbourne (d/n) [2675]
2 Ind 160/5 45.5 50 160 W

Yup, please do that at least in the name of rotation. We have 17 players in this ODI squad!

Yup. I hope they dont burn these kids out, though its refreshing to see an attack where the oldest bowler on show is Sreeshant at 25.

1. For such a talented player, he has never been able to keep it going consistently over a full season. Just when you think he was peaking came the bouncy aussie pitches and now hes like a tortoise seeking shelter in its shell (or is that a certain Miss Padukone)

2. Cannot see reason in sending him at No.3 when you have batting down till No.8..sent the wrong signals too.

3. Well, once Zaheer and RP are back, we are spoilt for choice. now to find/groom a decent leggie.
