I hope not for two reasons:
1. I think Mishra is doing better than Kumble in this series and
2. Dhoni is a much better & much more aggressive captain.
I think Kumble will definitely play. He will not risk losing his place to Mishra. Unfortunate.

Depends entirely on Kumble. Hope he is large hearted. Delhi is also his favourite haunt.
