After Sachin I think Yuvi played great. He scored 87 in 60 balls, out of which 76 came by the way of boundary's. (4X10, 6X6)

Raina was also good. He scored 38 in 18 balls. Dhonis 68 in 58 balls was also helpful.

Over all a good team efforts by bats men.

Australia seems to be back to its winning ways. They are completely dominating South Africa in this test too.

Will agree with you to an extent. However as its for both side so we can say its fair to teams atleast.
I loved Sachin's batting yesterday. A genius at work. The way he paces his innings is commendable and very less people can do that. The other two people quiet good at this are Lara and Ponting.
Well i was praying for the 200 and sadly he couldn't carry on, some other day.
Finally the jinx of NZ is breaking and lets hope the tests will go this way as well.

I know it was the same for both teams, but still. It did not look like an equal contest between bat and ball so did not enjoy the game. And for Sachin, well he played like vintage SRT. And still two matched to go. I hope we wrap it up in the next one, though Vettori is back.

We will seal it in next match itself on Holi i have this feeling

Why dont we retire Munaf patel. I am yet to see any good performance from him. Common give these valuable chances to others. In fact Irfan pathan is still bowling better than him atleast(and he can bat 2).

In these days of recession, one doesnt need an excuse to retrench the likes of Munaf Patel.

I wonder how he makes it back to the team time and again - it seems like we have no other choice.

We would be having many choices however management is not inclined to make them. Even in this years IPL we will see many talented people and how many will be given the opportunity is anyones guess.

South Africa require another 302 runs with 8 wickets remaining on the last day Durban pitch. Will they?

Kallis gets his third chance to bat with North and Clarke goof up. SA have to keep their scoring rate up without loosing wickets (if they can), which will make Aussies go bit defensive. Its 80% favoring aussies and 20% for SA

Edit: As I type this Kallis is gone for Johnson

Bad 1st innings batting in 2 tests cost SA dearly, Aussies extract revenge - lead series 2-0.

sachin seems doubtful for tomorrow's one dayer after the injury he sustained in the last match. May be he will not be used for the final one dayer also. Need fillers to take chance & shine....Yes Munaf patel's retirement/dropping him permanently gets my vote too. His commitment towards self improvement is absolutely pathetic.

You know what, Dhoni might play Pathan instead of Rohit Sharma. After all, its the bowling that is looking weak at the moment.
