I have a feeling that this tour is going to be a rude awakening call. Traditionally India have always done well when perceived as underdogs. This time there is too much expectations of them, and they are feeling the pressure.

And then there is the matter of support bowlers - injuries to Sreesanth, Munaf and RP are going to cost India, Irfan, Dhawal and Balaji are just not in the same class. Let's pray that Zak or Ishant keep fit.

Edit:

After 4 overs, India 29/1.

Gambhir - 4 off 10 balls, Raina - 0 off 3 balls. After going for broke in the first match, they have taken the other extreme approach.

Edit: Make it 36/2. Raina gone for 0 off 4 balls. Whattefun!!!

I think its taking the same course as the previous match. 47 for 3. Gambhir gone.

Gambhir gone for 10 off 13 balls. India 47/3. Even 162 looks like a mighty tall task now.

It is really frustrating to see this match. India has scored 8 runs off last 18 balls; and Dhoni and Yuvraj are batting. If Dravid would have been in their place, people would have roasted him alive.

Holy cow 94/5 . I hope we reach atleast 150 now. Horrible batting display. In such small grounds these fools cant hit more than 160 !! NZ kindly keep the t20 trophy.

New Zealand is way better than India in the last 2 matches. Their bowling and batting are a cut above what the Indians are doing. I hope this is not a reflection of the complete tour!

Their fielding too isn't half-bad. Their team have always been much better than sum of their parts. This is going to be a challenging tour, a much needed awakening call for Dhoni's boys.

41 to get in 30. Looks like we are in for a close finish

Praveen Kumar for I Pathan would have been a better selection for this match.
