Well no pathan or dravid it should b dinesh kartik or jaffer to open. One point dravid is not comfortable to open. Will the aussies send ponting to open? no they dont! Even though they had hayden injured they brought another opener to do the job. Same applies here. Dravid is good at no3.
Well pathan should be hellbent on not screwing up again. He should not consider himself a lion in sheeps clothes. He is a lion while bowling but dont try to be one while batting. It goes like the old saying Jack of all Master of none!

Run rate of 3.75, but we dont have wickets to bat for more overs. Hope our tailenders will continue to do what they did so far in this series

But 400 is a very distant dream

Gilli dropped a sitter for Laxman not allowing Lee to strike in his first comeback over.

Well one prediction required.
Both the batsmen are 9 runs short of a fifty and a century. Who will achieve it first?
post your prediction quickly

Sachin completes his century. 102 in 134 *****. It's after a long time that he's played like this. This shows that the fire still burns :-)

Gilly makes up for that. Laxman out. Off Lee's bowling.

Great knock by Sachin. But why did we score only 21 runs in the last 10 overs ?

Dhoni was the major culprit with 6 runs in 54 deliveries. And even Sachin slowed down - why ?

We cant even take 4 singles an over ?

@MC Mayank: good one dude.

Since this is a test match we didnt want to lose any wicket going into the next day.

So slow batting is not as in "i dont know how to bat" but "i need to keep my wicket".

guess it was a case of not to lose any more wkts in the day. But clearly, 6 runs in 54 deliveries is way too over-cautious!

great knock by Sachin. 'SACH' is life!

Heh-heh, Dhoni's under pressure - wondering what replies he's gonna give the media when they arrive in Melbourne

I can see that the 38th ton has taken the pressure off the little master, he seems to be picking up one every game - hope it lasts
