Five best books!!

The five best books that I have read up till the date is:
1. Atlas Shrugged - Ayn Rand.
2. Fountainhead - Ayn Rand.
These two books are not self help books but they provoke one to think about whats logical and what it takes to be independent and live the independence.
3. A prison diary - Jeffery Archer
4. Not without my daughter - Betty Mehmoody.
5. A year in the Merde (Dont remember the name of the author, a decent comical read).
Although I think the Da Vinci Code is a little too hyped. It is just a one timer thats it.

My top 5

1) Johnathan Livingston Seagull - Richard Bach
2) Illusions again by Richard Bach
3) Godfather Mario Puzo (I can never put this book in the fiction category coz its too real)
4) Alchemist - Paulo Cohelo
5) The life of PI - Yann Martel

Currently reading Sophies World simply superb guess this would be 6 on the list

Beg to differ on this count! While the above two books are good reads and introduce you to the concept of objectivism, but at least i found them to be more on the side of impractical (i put Richard Bach's works also in similar category).
But anyways, those are just my opinions... dont wanna start up a debate on it.

Back to the topic, i have given up on finishing Focault's Pendulum by Umberto Eco.

Currently reading:
1. Fixed Income Securities by Tuckman, and
2. Options, Futures and other Derivatives by Hull

Jus writing the above two titles is putting me to sleep!!
