I had heard of similar other incidents so it didn't come as a surprise.

Why was he denied to even enter into the dealership?

i visited auto expo abroad. have collected quite a few brochures. haven't checked them, still they are inside bag. good that after seeing this thread i recalled about the brochures. :)
