+1 to Tsk. Did read on the case and was appaliing to say the least and look at the amount of people involved in the same case.
@vishnupr: Local connection helps but this will not solve an issue. Bigger picture is one day a person will die and his son or daughter would have to bribe to get the death certificate. Unless the local culprits are caught and strict punishment is meted out nothing will be resolved. |
