Need 7J 13" rims

Hello to all,
I am an upcoming automobile engineering student who needs your help.
As A part of my college project I am in need of Set of 4,13"Diameter 7J width Rims any design and PCD will do as we have to design our own wheel hub.
Anything will do secondhand or brand new.
If anyone have them or knows anyone having it please let me know as I am in need of it.
Tried searching various shops listed in Team-Bhp Directory but nothing emerged out as all said the size has stopped coming.
@mods couldnt find appropriate section to put this up, if required please shift the thread to required section.

None of the car manufacturers in India ever came with 13", 7J rims rims, they hardly came with 5, 5.5J rims(Esteem, Ikon,Accent etc). It's very very hard to get 13" rims with 7J diameters.
May be you can try in Jugaad (Gujri) dealers for used ones.

can anyone tell me what was the width of Lancer SLxi 3spoke alloys?
i guess those were 6.5J?
You will not find anything in 7J for 13" rims in India. Unless you go and ask an offroader. They _might_ have something available.
