I really feel the amount of pain your bro's have gone through to attain this physique. I have started exercising for the past few months and still get to see only single strand's of muscle on my body.

So I can imagine the amount of dedication and painful "lifting" your brother has gone through. Wish him best of luck and yes do provide us a few tip's for body building the right way. Most of us do go to the gym but don't see the results, I guess I'm one of them.
