Yet another ex-star who's past expiry date makes money out of India. If I'm not mistaken the aqualung had come down to India before too - not too long ago, within the last 10 years. He performed in Bangalore (at the Oberoi?) and he was pretty old then. He'll probably need help getting on stage this time around.

Who next - the BeeGees?

LOL @ Steer.

The BeeGees are dead (atleast one of them - the rest are fighting so the group is as good as dead). I think you should have mentioned Rolling Stones.

But old or not old, Ian Anderson is awesome with his flute. Banglore guys have fun.

Try telling old Mick that he's past expiry date.............he's the original evergreen and is still making money in the West. He'll probably come here when he's 90+

You forget something - a flautist requires lungs to perform. What kind of lungs dyou think he will have at this age, with the kind of lifestyle he had? (no, not Aqualung)

PS: Nice to see you around. Welcome back and stick around.........

Steeroid dude, as a Tull fan, I definitely don't think Anderson is past his expiry date. He's one of the most versatile musicians, and leagues ahead of the modern day crap that's being dished out.

You can have your Britney Spears I'll take Tull anyday.

LOL... i will let you know after the show, Steer.

Anyways, 10 years back, i was too young to listen to Tull.

Besides i hope there are some good bands opening for the show that day.

Boom

I see your model year is 1980. Suffice it to say that when I was in Uniform, you were still in liquid form........we were on Tull when you were still in your nappies.

BTW that was meant to be jest....lest you take offense.

As for Ms. Spears, I'm sure she'd give you more to look forward to.......better than a 70+ year old gent. Nevermind whats coming outta her mouth.

Rolling Stones were in bangalore a couple of years back and their concert was one of the best i attended in bangalore.
PS: I would take old rock rather than the new crap anyday.

With all the arguments going on, Brinda Ramdev, Tull Spears, Fiat BSM, I'm beginning to wonder if something is amiss in the stars. I think Shani is in the fifth house...

Please, don't be offended by my comments...I'd hate to be Spears against your Tull...

Heh. Steeroid, I have to say your "lyrics" are way better than any Britney Spears song. You could have a career in it!

Peace bro.
