Group Health Insurance in USA

Guys,

Health Insurance in US is a must. That's one reason I am sticking with my employer even after getting my green card.

I work as a consultant in Miami, Fl, US. I got my green card more than 2 years back. I am covered by my employer's health insurance policy for which I pay in full from my pocket. I did some very basic research but could not find a better insurance policy if I start my own company. That's stoping me from starting my own company and work as a independent consultant(more money in my pocket). As a lot bhpians live in US or stayed in US at some point thought this would be nice place to get some suggestions. ANy info will be appreciated.
