Why are they not providing a panoramic sunroof for the Innova? I think it would make it so much more an attractive proposition? The same lies with the Fortuner too, I think.

perhaps they don't want to redesign the whole system of the roof mounted aircon for the rear seats.

The less chrome usage is a welcome move. I think Innova looks better than the previous version.

Toyota could have added a sunroof in their facelift. It's the one feature that Indians love a lot.

The Innova 2.4 G variant, is a diesel variant for Indonesia. Though from this distance, it is hard to tell that this is actually the new car, but the biggest clue is the new wheel design.

Cosmetically, the rear end of the new Innova remains largely the same. Toyota has reportedly only made detail changes to the tail light design so it will take some close-up comparison to be able to see any shape differences.

That had already disappeared long back around 2017. The Innovas sold currently get one reversing lamp and one fog lamp at the back.

The Front fascia has resemblance with 2014-2016 Highlander. Later Highlander was update twice in between 2017-2020.

The higher V variant has also been spotted. Apart from the grill and lower bumper nothing has changed. Toyota should have made some more changes! LED foglights are barely visible, the tail lights should have been LED as well. On the inside everything is same other than the new brown upholstery and larger 9 inch touchscreen which should have android auto and Apple CarPlay.

Base variant may get more features than before.

In my honest opinion, this is second time Toyota has ruined the Innova's face by putting a bigger grill in it. I was hoping for it to get panaromic sunroof in it.

Not sure how many lacs would be added to the price due to the premium appeal brought in by the chrome grill! In a few months from now, Innova would be saying hello to the full size SUV segment in terms of price.

Read in an FB post that it may come with 6 speed manual as standard and 400nm of torque!!!

While the 2.4l engine can do it and more, wonder if TKM thinks we should get it.
They sat on the 102bhp/200nm tune for the old Innova in India for too long, even when other markets got 115bhp and even 135bhp vnt versions.

Maybe not the 400nm, but please make the 6 speed manual standard across the range. Remove the iMT if they want to cut costs.

It looks like the images are from a LHD market and not India , also spotted a Hilux in the images .

I really liked the refreshed fascia , Crysta is loosing steam in sales though there are no direct competition, a facelift is very urgent for this vehicle .

I feel this looks more 'lookable' than the current generation's front fascia. I mean they could have definitely done a better job at it. I never found the Innova to be a good looking vehicle. It's just plain ugly. But it has so many things going for it. No matter how it looks, we all know that it will sell like cakes. At this point, Toyota is lazy, and potential customers don't care.

This is not the clutch less one, this rev matches the shifts to make them smoother. You can read the Fortuner manual review it also has the iMT feature.
