Team-BHP - Confessions of a Team Bhpian

Here's my list(used to be pre-joining t-bhp and thanks to some advise from my lady)

1 - Shout/curse every other auto/cab driver who cuts lanes or comes in my way.
2 - Corner bikers at every possible instance when they try 2 squeeze through at traffic signals.Growl,howl,hoot,grumble and what not.
3 - Scare people who walk on the road and not the footpath.I still do this occasionally coz i kinda get some pleasure outta this :p .My approach is, never honk till I get close to them. Once am right behind them, honk like mad, the reaction is hilarious.
4 - Had this bad habit of showing my middle finger to anyone(fairer sex also) when they come in my way or jump lanes.Sound advise from my lady one day and i stopped.Period !!
5 - Lets say someone cuts the yellow line and is on the wrong side of the road while over-taking, I drive straight into them.I know this is dangerous and a big NO NO !! Cant resist but scare such guys at every possible ocassion.

My list

1. Stare and wave at drivers that honk too much,
2. Hate and show finger to bikers that cut across,
3. Behind a slow moving guy in the right lane, after a waiting period of about 30 secs or so honk and flash at,
4. Honk at drifters on bike (bikers keep getting close to the car without knowing),
5. occasionally pass from left making sure it is close to switching lanes,
6. Get mad at cabbies, happens most of the time,
7. honk at autowallahs and driver that occupy a lane, especially at turns,
8. Never take panga (always very careful) with pedestrians, after all they are so vulnerable,
9. occasionally weave lanes, when I am forced to move between lanes.

5. I do overspeed within the city just for the kicks- not that much only in the night
6. Don't wear my seatbelt at times- i cant even think of that
7. Flash my high beams at anyone who's on high beams coming in the opp. side- JUST ONCE
8. Sometimes am not courteous to pedestrains with traffic breathing down my neck- not at all
9. Look like I'm in a hurry when travelling long distances, I do say I am a careful driver and dont take too many risks but am reckless :Shockked: at times

Well thats about it, lets see you BHPians come out with your confessions ;) hope to see some interesting ones.

I am sorry, i DO NOT intend to offend anyone with the above confessions and would like you all to keep your suggestions on any confessions made in the thread to yourselfs only. Thanks

Moderators delete the thread if you feel this dont make no sense here in the forum,

I would also like to ask who all drink and drive(occasionally) half drunk or fully drunk because its also a part of confession.. i did once but i was half drunk and had to rush home.. but i am always safe and cautious but yeah cant say what life has on each crossing i appologise for that....

Here's my list:

1. Overtake on the left in case of extremely slow moving traffic
2. In case of an annoying driver who honks too much...give way, let them overtake and then go behind them and honk back!! lol:
3. Leave a very small gap between my car and the car in front at a traffic signal to prevent any stupid bikes cutting in between!
4. If someone is driving and blinding you with bright lights, then I try flashing my lights at them but if that still doesn't work, then I drive on bright into their path and move away only at the last minute...I know I know ....I shouldn't be doing this, but I just find it so annoying!
5. Road rage at all autos & bikes that don't follow traffic rules....I wish I had a Hummer to ram them down! :Frustrati

drink and drive:

yes, i always drink and drive every friday and saturday nite. but the thing is, i dont overspeed (max @ 60KPH).
I always try not to drink and drive, but i just can help it. somehow i feel that my car sounds / moves better when i am drunk (the exhaust note at low gears is just mesmerising).

uhm! "etc" (my gf) usually accompanies me most of the time and everytime nudges me when i tend to overspeed. uffffff!

As I normally use my bike for daily commuting, I tend to drive my car like a bike. Meaning, I drive it zipping it into the gaps in traffic as if it were a bike! Have controled this part though, as now when I drive I conciously tell myself, "you are driving a car not a bike,you are driving a car not a bike..."

I'm normally very cool and not prone to road rage, but if I ever drive when I'm off-mood, then I'm very reckless.

I have driven drunk only once, and it is not something I'm keen on repeating. Had to go for a friend's marriage. Another friend and I were ccelebrating before hand and thus we went slightly drunk (Cold shower did not really help to clear the head!) and came back more sober!!!

I most of the time try to stick with rules but sometimes I feel like driving at high speed or over taking from wrong side..........Personally I feel that even if you want to drive according to the rules, other guys on road will not allow you to do and this makes you feel that why am I doing it, when others are just driving like they are the only one on road and the road belongs to them only..........Rest of the people, driving on the roads are idiots....

Here i am with my confessions
1 i overtake from the left mostly every time
2 Try my best to scare the rickshaw guys
3 When some one doesn't give me way to overtake i overtake them somehow and then cut sharply infront of them it scares the sh** out of the people
4 When someone overtakes me i give him the way and as soon as the car comes close to my car i shift to a smaller gear and then ...........
5 i never stop at the lights near my house
