Tata Motors launches "Driving Expeditions" for owners of Tata UVs

Tata Motors Full Throttle, the motorsport division of the company, announces the launch of its Driving Expedition series- The Tata Motors Full Throttle Experience.

Anyone who owns a Tata MUV or SUV (4x2 included) is welcome to participate in these expeditions. You will drive your own vehicle. Tata has roped in Cougar Motorsports to handle the planning & execution of these events. Medical & vehicle service support will be provided to all participants. The package price (Rs. 30,000) will be inclusive of food & accommodation. Anything over & above (including fuel) is your cost.

Full Throttle Experience Schedule:

Himalayan Experience : June 2012
Konkan Experience : September 2012
Nilgiri Experience : October 2012
Thar Experience : December 2012
Kutch Experience : January 2013
Jungle Experience : March 2013

The Himalayan Experience is scheduled to start in New Delhi on June 22, 2012. Spanning over a period of 10 days, the expedition will cover over 3,000 kms, across 5 states and travel across high mountain passes, beautiful lakes as well as deep gorges, before culminating in Srinagar on July 1, 2012. Tata expects 25+ UV owners to participate in the Himalayan experience.

Good initiative from TML!

I hope they are able to make a brand out of it just as M&M did for the MGE. A first few seasons will be important.

BTW while going through the portal, found something really interesting about the power output figures of the Xenon here Tata Motors Full Throttle - Destination rally.

I guess TML needs better QC not only for their cars, but for their portal or I guess for every thing they do
