These occasions, I just don't care about the guys honking behind me but wait for the next signal (observing the flow of traffic/signal lights on the other sides of the junction) and make a move. I did report on BTPs page but not with them fixing it immediately but took about a day or two for them to fix it. Unfortunately, they were not turned off and I'm not sure how many others were forced to jump signals but fortunately, BTP and CCTP have a very good Social Networking activity and they seem to be acting on the complaints fairly quickly
