![]() It's better you try to reach them and confirm before hand. Please don't wait till the last minute or else you might be welcomed with surprises. Also try to reach there customer support tomorrow or visit there office if possible. If not, you can look at other options before hand.

![]() This problem seems to be specific for Bangalore. Unable to book any cars but all of them are available online at Pune and Delhi. I have a booking in Delhi for a week starting from 24th now a little concerned that this might spread to other regions as well. Any update will post here.

![]() Could this "strike" be anything to do with the "keyless" operation that Zoomcar was testing? Perhaps people thought they will lose their jobs?

![]() No I don't think so it has to do anything with the keyless operation. Because if you do not unlock the car within 15 minutes after sending the SMS to unlcok, then it auto locks and you might have to reach there customer support to unlock the car. As per my previous post and the update I received, it is because Greg himself has informed the support team to be relieved from their duties. But still I am under an impression there is something else which might be the reason behind this strike.

![]() ZoomCar has deleted all posts regarding the cancellations / strike etc from their FB page, this is not the way to deal with a crisis .This will break customer confidence even more. Furthermore they are yet to come out with any official statement regarding the situation leaving many furious.

![]() ^^^am not surprised, a lot of investors are pouring in money by the truckloads and Zoom would not want to make them nervous

![]() I had planned a road trip for the upcoming long weekend from Bangalore. I got a text message saying Hi! Your Zoomcar booking (XXXXXXX) We are sorry to inform you that your booking got cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances at our end, and despite our best efforts we cannot give you a car as of now. We are deeply apologetic about this and will compensate with the best we can. Details of compensation will reach you within 2 weeks. Thanks for your understanding. We will calculate and process the refund shortly.'' Pretty useless given that the entire itinerary was planned based on it being a road trip. Trying to figure cabs out now. Bad first experience all in all.
