Most of these would not meet zoomcar's criteria for car age, tyre condition, etc.

Bald tires, beaten to death clutch, torn seats ..

There are many pockets in India where such 'banana republic' acts are happening. There are goons (all part of some political / fanatic outfits) does these activities for making their own survival easy.

I don't even cross KA border with TN car as always there is some fear factor. Though this is not a such bad situation, fundamentally both are similar.
