Team-BHP - Uber vs Ola - Which do you prefer & why?

I recently shifted to Devanahalli which is around 15 kms from the Kempegowda airport in Bangalore. When I booked a Uber for the trip from residence to airport it was booked as a normal cab, but when I wanted to book a Uber from T1 terminal at Airport to residence it showed up as intercity trip which is more costlier than the normal cab trip. Also due to relocation of Uber at Bangalore airport, the cab drivers didnt seem to know where to come for pick up. A good 1 hr lost in getting a cab and moving out of the airport plus costlier too. I have raised this with Uber and there were a few message exchange on twitter but nothing happened.

PS: The Uber and Ola pick up locations at T1 terminal has been swapped about 3 weeks back I guess.

Uber Account Unlocking Help

I had not been using my uber for years now and due to sudden trips to The Capital (Where I was told that Uber was better than Ola), I tried logging back in.

Now my past self had linked Uber with an authenticator app, and present self has no idea which one it was and obviously has no access to backup codes.

Contacted Uber support (mail) and I kept getting replies that I would be getting OTP on my phone with which I would be able to log in. (After they verified my name, mail id and phone number)

I kept telling them, I cannot get past the authenticator code page to get to the OTP page! Then they wanted screenshot of the error message. Sent them the screenshot of the page where it asked my authenticator code.

Today I get a mail saying that they have assigned an expert team to look into my issue.

Sigh.
