This is definitely a good verdict from the Court. We need to have some amount of accountability from pedestrians as well.

This is a welcome judgement, the people walking on roads must also have civic sense. The busy roads must have signboards to warn pedestrians and violators should be penalized. I am seeing people walking on roads where our state government built/widened footpaths under Tender sure project.
