Long back in 2002, I had a pothole accident where I fell off the scooter (Bajaj Super) after going over one. By God's grace, I fell in front and not sideways, because a trailer was passing by! I had a broken arm and a few bruises. After that gave up riding Scooter and brought a bike (Bike has bigger wheels, better shock absorbers, etc). The pothole remained there for a few years. Location: Water Tank near BTM 16th Main Road, Pothole-City.

I am on the road to recovery and should be able to walk without support in the next couple of weeks.

Very sorry to hear about your accident. I dont how many people suffer silently due to incompetent people at the helm on public utilities design and upkeep.

Given the way things are in this country, we need separate courts for everything to make sure things move quickly. There should also be penalty on people who are responsible. if you look at land scams etc, the bureaucrats dont incur any penalty for their role or support.
