I got this in Whatsapp group. There seems to be an app for notifying BBMP about potholes. I am not sure how effective it is as I have not tried it myself but worth giving it a shot.

Yes, fines are fine but they should also be on the Govt bodies. Having a bad road in 2019 is a big no-no. I was in Gurugram, what were fines for - no helmet, no license, no papers, to PUC etc.
