Have seen homes like this in Ooty. This is only part of the picture. The house is usually below the road and the driveway leads to the terrace. People park and walk down. In reality the parking is quite easy in those homes.

This person parked his scooter in a no parking zone in Sadar, Nagpur. A tow truck came to lift the scooter and tow it away. The owner was still perched coolly on the driver's seat of his scooter, unfazed with whatever was happening and got a free ride on the air on his very own scooter.

That sounds plain strange, and completely avoidable. Do the traffic rules permit such things? Or is the operator flouting th rules? Or is this a clickbait?

I will be surprised if such a thing can happen in a developed country.
