Re: Falling stone cracks front windscreen

I had a small stone that flew off from somewhere and hit my cars windscreen at a considerable pace. The glass just chipped a bit from out side without any visible crack. From the inside the glass seems to be smooth.

Now I am worried that a crack might appear in due course of time. Will it?? What can I do to prevent it???

Re: Falling stone cracks front windscreen

Check with Windshield experts. Last I heard, they have a certain patch which will prevent further cracks from developing from the impact point.
