good to know that you are fighting it out. Sometimes its not good to take things lying down. Yes, it might be a bit of an issue - but since it is just you vs the malli woman, i think something should work out. good luck and keep us posted.

And chances are that on 29th, it will be postponed to some date in October or November. Of course, nothing will happen.

My exmas where just so damn easy! thanks to the internet i guess lots of reading online! and the couple of ciggerates & menthol before the exam

seriously whats wrong with the courts in india, are they least bothered or they dont get paid enough!
i think the judge is too busy with his personal problems!

she is deaf in one ear, and is very very cranky & oh yes she is way above 60 now i guess.

well as some of my fellow BHPians already know the case got over because i had to fly! so i just paid the fine and got my self out of the situation.
it got dragged along for months, i just had enough of the Mali lady.

sorry i don't remember dates! but if there is something you would like to ask me regarding the procedures i will be glad to hand out some information cheers!

If its court fine he would have paid around 1500-1800 INR for rash and negligent driving.
