I've my HDFC fasttag frozen out of blue moon and I paid double toll charges to complete the journey.
HDFC video KYC fails so shared my PAN copy via email and its not accepted. KYC has to be done visiting nearest branch. They don't have any clue about fasttag KYC in branches.
As of now I can drive my vehicle around and have to keep it parked as removal as well needs KYC which fails.
Unwanted pain for common man.

For me, no Card issuer has been able to answer this so far.

Yes, I was able to set it up for my company with ICICI, but it's a limited KYC wallet with a transaction limit of ₹10,000.
As per NPCI website my Fastag was issued in 2019 and it is still working. I had it issued Directly from NHAI without linking it to any bank.
KYC status on NHAI Fastag website says active. No other information is available.
As of yesterday my Fastag is working fine. I have a trip upcoming in 5-6 days. What should I do? Should I ask for a replacement tag or let it be?
