Deleting this completely off topic digression, which is derailing the primary discussion. There is also no point bringing needless suggestions of weapons and other instances of your rule breaking and taking on authorities in diverse threads and discussions.

Same year, while riding to Jr College (my 12th), my brakes on the bicycles were not working properly, and I ended up ramming into a tow truck, and it caused a dent near the taillight.

You, sir, deserve an award for arrogance and privilege. A two wheeler includes bicycles or did yours have 4 wheels? Damaging another vehicle through a failure of your brakes and then complaining of the consequences is, to me, a sense of privilege. BTW, your huge rant makes it awkward to quote without a huge redact. :)

No getting away from things like these. India works on cheats, fixes and short cuts. There's hardly any regard for public or other person's property/personal space. It's simply impossible to maintain a car in pristine condition unless it's hardly taken out of a safe garage. If it's an error from my end, I'd pay the fine as per law and move on but aggressive handling of vehicles puts me off totally. These alloys can be refinished though.
