Saw this at a Pay & Park in Cochin.
In Malayalam he says that they are not responsible for any damages caused to the vehicles whereas in English it became "repairing caused"

But my wife always says "under repair," when she means "broken," so this mistranslation must be common?

Well, then (mis)understand this:

"My car got repaired/car is under repair(same as your Missus says)". (read in Chennai accent!)

This, is quite common in TN, which implies, the car is broken!

You have been Indianized(Driving) but you are not learning the Indian inglees
