Amazing. I have had Eglwyswrw topping my list of unpronounceable names for forty years. Zzyzx beats it hands down.

Eglwyswrw is a small place in Wales, UK, and it is not actually unpronounceable, because w is a vowel in welsh language, and it comes out something like eggluzooroo. Not very obvious to the English eye!

From what I know this is common lingo used by real estate brokers in Bangalore. A "sitting" is a meeting for a discussion/negotiation on price before a deal is fixed.
