maybe they're not referring to how fast the wheel spins. maybe how fast the car spins on the track after losing traction control

Corrected - Kempegowda International Airport Ltd, since Dec 14, 2013.

All of you are wrong !!

The official name of the Airport is "Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru" (KIAB),it is operated by Bengaluru International Airport Ltd (BIAL) and located at Bengaluru !!!

However the picture of the signage is definitely not from KIAB as all such signs at this airport have green & white colors.
