Arrey bhai, in our country dhaba, restaurant, any other eatries are simply referred to as hotels. So its kind of oxymoron to name a Dhaba, restaurant or hotel as Dhaba hotel just like "
"hotel restaurant".
Similarly liquor means madira in Hindi so 'Madira Liquor' sounds like oxymoron for a wine/liquor shop. The owner should've kept it only "Madira" as the name of his shop.
