You should have been to MS Ramaiah engg college. There was one staircase which led to a wall!! Lots of other blunders of construction too. Well they have demolished all this now though

'spotted this sign at Secunderabad today. I'm really lost on figuring out the statement just below the "No Parking" heading....and despite being a grad. in English!

So is one to understand that any vehicles that park (themselves on their own, somehow!) will be prosecuted...? Hear that, Herbie??
