Saw this road sign during my trip to Goa in January 2008. I spotted it on the way to the Naval Museum in Dabolim, Vasco, Goa. The symbol and the text below it are opposite!!

Some of it is no worse than my own English spelling [Blush]

I am never sure of weak/week leak/leek and many other instances where one has to decide between ee and ea.

It's my mother tongue. Some of its aspects make it a very simple language --- but spelling is not one of them!
