Why is it that one can never find an article in a newspaper the second time we look for it?

Anyway, this morning, I read about a new village water scheme, with concrete and syntax tanks.

Isn't it good to know that, however bad the summer, this place won't run short of grammar!

As for news paper mistakes guys, that is nothing. I have encountered so many, and come across them almost everyday. And one auto magazine, a bi monthly one, very interesting and popular one, I am fed up of the mistakes they make in their magazines. I have never come across on edition that does not have mistakes

The airline ads - would be interesting to know the order in which they were put up. Initially thought it was Go Air, Kingfisher and Jet as that was the order in which I read them but then realised it may have been the other way round too.

Maybe they are Chinese manufactured mats (and probably explains why they got into problems with the mats in US

)

An example of Chinese English from a mosquito swatter I bought recently

"The swatter may become without high-voltage or in low voltage conditions when it absorbs damp in wet weather, the effect will be declined. Then it can be dried by blowing with electric blower or shining with sunshine. The effect will be recovered soon"

If any one decipher the above please explain urgently . Because am using the swatter and it also says " Children must instruce under adult when use it"
