Last conversation I had with Farhan bhai, he indicated that the situation had improved to some extent for him & the tube inserted in his throat to help him breathe had been removed & that he was breathing on his own.

It's a long road but let's hope & pray for his fast & complete recovery.

Actually, I went to meet JD at the hospital in Germany twice. Once in December and once last week. He is in a University/ research centre in a small town in Baden-Wurttemberg, not too far from Stuttgart.

He is in good spirits, highly optimistic and sends you all a big hello. Physically, he is still horizontal. The Doctors in Germany are doing their best to help his condition.

Your good wishes are always conveyed to him and soon he will be surfing Team-BHP too.

Ok, here's the latest: -

As most of you might already know, J.D. has been in Germany since the 28th of December. He has been showing steady signs of improvement. In a recent evaluation, it was found that the right side of his upper body is stronger than what it was when he was admitted. His voice is becoming stronger. He is able to breathe on his own and is on a normal diet. He is also being made to sit on a wheel chair for about and hour and half everyday.

J.d's active physio sessions have been dealyed due to a bed sore which was taking time to heal. In order to avoid any further delays the doctors decided to graft skin on the bed sore. J.D. was operated on Tueday and is now recovering from the surgery.

They will check the wound tomorrow and if the doctors are satisfied, his active physio sessions will start from next week.

Although he has been made to sit on a wheel chair he hasn't been allowed to go outdoors due to fear of infection. Now that the bed sore has been closed he can be wheeled out from his room. He is really looking forward to being outdoors. It's been 3 months since he has been outdoors.

He was really happy seeing Sam on both occasions and is greatful for the time Sam took from his busy schedule to look him up. He also knows that a lot of people on the forum are praying for his speedy recovery. He thanks each and every one of you and promises to be back in action soon.

Thank you all once again.
