If the guy in front of you stops and you can't, then it is 100% your fault for not leaving enough distance!

But I appreciate that 'enough distance', in India, just gets filled with another car, so it's a can't win situation.

To answer the phone? Seems a popular thing for 2-wheelers here to do!

Yes, I sympathise, of course...

Please learn

Manikjeet, you can really hurt yourself badly or somebody else. Do not let all that steel around you fool you, it can come apart in an instant. And, your whole life with it. It will be no joke, I assure you.

Looks really bad. Don't give it for repairs right now. After you get satisfied yourself with the vehicle i.e., when you feel that your vehicle cannot take any more then, give it for tinkering. Otherwise, these things will continue and will keep on repairing the same....Just joking lol.

I do hope you can claim insurance on the dents and damages to your car.

I think you need to improve your driving skills. Or if you're skilled enough you should start giving your vehicle some respect. From what i've read from this post and gathering from what you told about your wrecked 800 i feel that you don't care for your vehicles and is generally being a careless driver on the road.
