First find out how much is it going to cost if you get it done at FORD and also findout how much is it going to cost if you get it done from a place that you know (other than ford). If the difference is nominal get it done from FORD and you can pay the balance. I am sure there will be a difference in paint if you get it done outside.

After all satisfaction is what counts and not cost!

I was looking for this thread and i found it at last!!...dint read my PM's

Anyways, i have decided to claim insurance, as the replacement of the dikki is gonna cost around 13K.
Fixing the dikki outside costs me 6K!!!

New problem is ICICI did not inform me on time that my insurance payment cheque had bounced, and right now the agent is trying to find a work around to see if the insurance can still be provided.
I just hope i dont feel like i got shot in the leg!!!
