What exactly is a Dog Bar and is it visible to the naked eyes if I screen a Fiesta?

A dog bar is the non-veg snack that results from such an accident!

Kangaroos and other large animals actually.
And yes, the Fiesta actually has a dog bar.

poor dog. Im also an avid dog lover and feel really sorry each time i pass a poor animal killed by some vehicle on our roads. Its a sad feeling.

however, the corporation authorities ought to do something about the stray dog nuisance on our roads because it is not always possible to avoid hitting them while travelling at even reasonable speeds.

All i can say is that atleast it was the car that sustained damage and not you, the driver - atleast you can claim insurance and close the matter. But that poor dog - hopefully he would have gone off to happy hunting grounds - certainly a better option for him than to live as a stray here.

dog meets petra

had a similar accident while going from rudraprayag to joshimath. the dog hit my petra car was at approx at 60 km/hr. i didnt stop but after 4 km my car overheated . the radiator was punctured and all the coolant had leaked. there was not much damage to other parts of the car except the front no plate was cracked. had to get it towed to rudrapayag. damage was repaired by good old mseal which was filled into the broken part cos of repair 600rs. it has been 9 months and using the same radiator.i dont think fiat radiator would have been available in small hill town

Lessons from an Old Man

My old man has been driving for the past 46 years and he had a word of advice about this:-

Quote:
All animals have a natural tendency to move forward and not back. Hence, whenever you see any animal on your path move the vehicle slightly to its rear. The animal will generally get the idea of your intention and move AHEAD to avoid you.
Has always work for me for the past 8 yrs. Never hit an animal (yet)!
