Sorry to hear that, Manson! I exactly know what it feels when some idiot scratches your brand new car, which you are maintaining so clean and neat.

hey dude i really feel sorrry for your car man.people in india just feel that if they cant afford something then others shouldnt have it to.if your car or bike is better than theirs then they scratch it or something
nothing really can be done about this and thats the unfortunate part

anyway dude just get a touch up done.hope fully they will go.

I've been told by my friendly neighbourhood MRF AutoCoat agency that a couple of 'clear' coats will help matters...

Wonder if this REALLY helps?

will help a bit and will prevent small light scratches from happening but these scratches will not dissapear so easily.

Vandalism!

Have just been informed by my friend that somebody has vandalised my Safari by leaving a scratch all the way down one side, apparently using a key or other such metallic object. This was INSIDE the Regional Sports Center in Cochin, and the car was taken inside specifically to avoid such incidents!!!

This is not the first time that such vandalism has occurred. Last year, someone left a similar mark on the RHS Rear panel after the car was parked at a wedding.

I wonder if this DELIBERATE vandalism (as opposed to accidental scratches in traffic) is unique to Kerala. Do you guys come across such idiots in your respective cities as well?

Well these sort of things are just inevitable...where ever you are unless you're a mafia kind.

everywhere....
from what I've seen its not always deliberate... but most people just fail to realise the value of other's property. Education doesn't help this syndrome in Indian people!

this is a regular feature in india, with people not respecting others property.
i think these are done purposely, dunno out of what - jealousy, boredom or creativity overflowing????

i just dont understand the mentality of such people as to what kicks do they get from damamging others property?

in bangalore, it is more common near schools, movie theaters, if you park your cars outside bars...

also, i have seen most of south side bangalore cars having a lot of signatures from unwanted celebrities..

Ugh! I guess this kind of stupidity happens everywhere but I've noticed that vandalism happens quite a lot in Kerala. Visit any of the movie halls, you'll find almost all the seats torn up. What prompts these idiots to disfigure someone else's prized possession is totally beyond me.

Cheers

I've got something more sinister under my seat....did someone mention mafia?

Whats the point? I never get to see these perverts in action, else my lawyer would have some serious work on his hands.
