Hey guys this Sumo is of Wipro Spectramind...you can distinguish spectra sumos or indicas by a bulb logo sticker at the back or the front glasses.Really bad and its also nothing new for spectramind drivers to get involved in such accidents.

This one just reminds me of the many sumos i see thrashed beyond recognition on the highways.

It is probably the most unsafe vehicle after 800s, padminis etc.

Aren't the companies aware of these?? Why dont they take any action.. Atleast they should warn these drivers to reduce further of these atoppable accidents..

yes definitely the drivers are to blame.
You cannot drive a Sumo like its a zen
and i tihnk that the Sumo nipped the body and not the chassis
Rudra i dint quite get what you said though
The companys are trying to sort out this rash driving problem and in Delhi youll see most call centre cars marked witha sign saying" How am I driving - If I am rash call #####" they continue to drive like maniacs but iv never called the number. I think most of the transport for call centres is outsourced to local companies so the companies dont really have too much control over the staff appointed

See those pics again. You'll understand what I meant. All these standard buses have ladder chassis.

Maniacs they are....no doubt 'bout that!!

These guys think they are driving an awesomely handling Rally car!!
I mostly commute to work in an Indicab..... recently i had a near crash experience and from that day have never travelled with a driver that i didnt know..... the night we almost crashed... he nearly T-Boned and killed the elderly couple in the zen and we would've been seriously hurt......on reaching office i went and logged a complaint and the bugger was sacked!!!
Life is good......

Im not too sure but didnt the Sumo hit the side of the bus and not the chassis
The BEST buses are built on a Ashok Leyland truck chassis right which would look somthing like that

without the cab of course. The Sumo hit the left of the bus and not the chassis and yet there was not too much damage done.

khanak, suggest you study those pics all over again. It would be really nice if you see those pics... match with your posted pic and then post something on that.
Please don't post for the sake of replying something.

I've seen quite a few tourist vehicles with the same sticker in Mumbai too.
Infact quite a few cool cabs also have this sticker on the rear windshield.
Its a really nice thing to control rash and negligence driving. Now only if its taken seriously!

Well, guess its one of those stickers put up after various complaints about these drivers.. Really dont think much is done to stop these drivers from rash driving.. hope something is done before they kill some guy on the road.. Their very site on a 2-wheeler RVM would scare the hell outta oneself...
Hope something is done....
