Another powerful visual dialogue.

While on the topic, what are the best cameras available for mounting on dashboards (other than the Nokia kind)? Any pointers to what models are available and where they can be bought?

AFAIK Media Personnel and Movie Shooters use cameras mounted on vacuum pads on glass and exteriors.

In my case I was lucky that the N72 snugly fitted between the soft dashboard of the astra and the windshield.

The vehicle just floats on bad roads, so no vibration.

Experiences in the Innova were fatal with the camera vibrating and thrown around.

Nice use of a cam Thirthankar, you should be using this rather than clicking while driving, but then again, you are the best person to gauge your abilities.
BTW, Dashcam would be a more appropriate term, wouldn't you say?
Regards,
Hari.

Nice thread and videos. The dialogues in some of them are quite funny . Felt quite nostalgic seeing the Kolkata traffic.

Hehe.. felt very nostaligic seeing them. Not only do they remind me of the maddening traffic and jaywalkers of Kolkata streets, but also the fun filled radio channels of Kolkata (with all their 'nyakamo' and 'chyangramo'). Nice vids.
