That is scary. Possibly the worst i've ever come across. The Beemer is in a completely wrecked state.I wonder how that can ever be repaired!!! Its surely going to cost a bomb. But really feel sorry for the M800 occupants.
God bless all!

Hey I do not agree with that, yes the car has lost the front suspension, windscreen etc etc..the engine not touched though, and in the inside only 2 airbags have popped out..you can repair that car, though the cost is gonna be a BIG.

I have more photos of the beemer, but posting them seem to be a complicated task..the pics I have already posted, I did not expect it to come this way either.

Will cost an easy 15-20 lakh considering the car has to be stripped, the monoque shell might be totally out, new front suspension - probably get more from stripping the car and selling the parts

i was thinking the job might be worth the price of around 2 new 800s or 3 max. the damage is not that great, not sure though how bmw india charges.

BMW 7 series doing 170 is pretty safe. Maruti 800 doing 110 isn't really the best thing...either ways, I feel bad for the people in hospital. Hope they make it...

thats one horrific crash. its sad for both the cars.
& guys, we cant blame either the bmw or the 800 because we dont know what happened exactly.
in anyways, its unsafe for both the cars doing such high speeds.
god bless & we all may drive an inch more carefully from now

frankly if u go to c.. there is no point ...when its time to happen it will happen come what may......

people like us drive everyday.. race on streets...etc... how will u know what the other guy is thinking or how he is driving..

as for highways.... empty roads... people with fast cars like beemer7 will easily reach 100 150 kmph..... its the driving decipline people should have and should be tought....

ive seen people overtaking without indicating or even cheking the rear view weather someone is already on his way to overtake...

also the bikers come out from anywhere without looking... even if u doin 100 kmph(which is normal for highways) with only 20 mtrs of distance.. its difficult t control then... ive been in that situation many times...

take for instance the bandra sealink... the rickshaw guys drive in the middle on the bloody highway... they are all over the place... once i rammed into a rick at 120... they guy turned from left to right without indicating... what could i do... jammed the brakes skided and bang.....

to bad for the fellas in the 800.....

hi, small cars like 800 are not built for such speed but even i had once done 120 myself in my 97' M800 last summer commin back from Mysore to Bangalore, with four of us n our luggage in the car....
