Today was a very bad day for me because, some bike guy just scratched the left side of my ford ikon in slow moving traffic. It was absolutely jam packed on the road near chembur shoppers stop. And because of these BIKE guys who usually want to find space where there is no way to go? I do not know what is the mentallity of these kind of bikers, they just go into any nook and corner just like a cockroach which doesn't have eyes but scampers through the minutest of the holes in the world. I will be set back by couple of thousand rupees in these kind of recession where my company is planning to cut salary this year. And to further state that i usually maintain my car very well and do not like even minor scratches on the body, well thats the way i am can't help it.God please please please please give some sense to these bikers.

you should have taken his number down, and filed an NC in at the police station, an NC is not an issue at all, its not an FIR.

Then claim insurance, NCB would go 99% but then it would be taken from the motorcyclist's insurance co.
That is the only way they will learn.

And you know what did he reply to me when i asked him where in the world he was trying to find a space to go, he said in hindi Woh bajuwala mero ko dabaya to me aap ko thok diya. Well he was absolutely cool and just rode away. Well hope god gives them sense someday.
