It looks like the side road before TVS showroom, on the left service road after you get down from Central flyover, when you go from Ecospace to Iblur. The pocket road next to Cafe Coffee day and the yoga place(forgot the name).

This is the location. There are 3-4 similar 5-6 story buildings recently completed in the area and 2-3 including this one under construction. Traffic is now backed up almost till marathahalli

In the pictures it can be seen that the building which fell has taken out a part of Imperial Orchids apartments. So the building should be either the one infront or ahead of it. In all probability the dark one just above.

Yes, the dark one is the one which collapsed.

Coming out of ecospace to the service road for U-turn to Marathahalli seems to be not a problem, I just did. But the flyover towards silk board looks standstill.

I have an appointment at the passport seva kendra in Bellandur at 12:15pm. Though the reporting time is 12pm I plan to reach by 11:15am knowing how such offices operate in India. I stay in Hoodi. By what time should I start to reach comfortably by 11am so I have time to park the car and walk up to the office? I know that the traffic is going to be insane :( Are there any route changes that I need to know about to get there?

I would say by 10am max. Get on to the service road just below the Intel Flyover. Under the flyover at the junction you need to turn right to get to the parking which is behind the passport office. But this road is marked as one way( although most vehicles flout it) , so you need to take a u turn, get on the service road on the other side towards Marathahalli, take the next left, go in front of sakra hospital and the next left again to be on the one way road in the right direction. The parking is on the right side maybe 100mts after the left post sakra.

Parking is good and you can directly get into the passport office compound. Should not take you more than a couple of min.

The passport office is pretty well structured, since your reporting time is at 12, they are not going to let you in till around 11.45 atleast.

Starting at 10:00 should be enough. The traffic is not bad as such, I just came through the ORR to Bellandur. Not sure about the Hoodi to ORR stretch, but I feel it should be fine. And actually, you still have time till 12:15.

No route changes, Hope you know that you have to take the service road without climbing up the Intel flyover, and take U-turn under the bridge and an immediate left to Sakra Hospital to reach the Passport Seva Kendra parking. I guess the parking is still located behind the Passport seva kendra.

After the passport office take the second left you will find the designated parking lot. ( the first left is one-way). There are no visible signs to this parking lot though.

Yes thats the route you need to take. The road below the flyover leading to the parking is a one way. Hence you go via Sakra hospital and come back.
