Most big signals are 60 seconds long, and sometimes in peak hours can be 90. And in smaller signals it 15-30 seconds at most.

This came up in Better India FB page sometime in April, but never saw it implemented anywhere. And it can't be due to the stats I posted above.

Sure, those signal displays can be reprogrammed to show any image/figure; than just a single circular color. It is expected soon that they will be running 15-20 sec ads too.
